I also lay low as 3P. If im a hostile-solo scum specially because i have no team to back me up.

Now considering how people would generally play as 3P, do you think Zorvo is playing like he does not have a team? He is open wolfing Sadbi! He is drawing attention and calling people town and scum without a follow up.
The gambit he tried to pull, he wouldnt do it because it;d draw too much attention and heā€™d insta lose.
If you think Zorvo is not-town, it only makes sense for him to approach this game as part of a group-scum faction.
