Why did Pod announce it?
Because they were obsessed in their own words with being seen as not worth killing and wanted to stay alive at all costs. With their win con being two visits, and knowing that I was definitely going to visit them overnight, they were obviously happy with playing along with what I wanted because they were getting a guaranteed win out of it, the only thing that would have stopped that is them being voted out. Obviously by playing along with town, they avoided that entirely.
