So if I understand it correctly

Either

  1. A gambler failed to gamble
  2. An assassin killed someone
  3. A gossip killed someone
  4. Shab (no resurrections yet)

Think 4 and 2 are unlikely as assassin probably uses it right away (and Tutuu was probably assassin and wouldn’t know what to use it on if they still had it) so it’s likely bionic was a failed gamble and that they are just evil.
