This is just based on what I remember when I played as a traveller last

if I traveled out, I don’t win the game if we win, I can’t talk anymore and I’m completely gone from the game
if I got exiled out, I’d still win the game if we won, I can still participate and talk

so assuming what you’re talking about with the “forced travel out” thing, that would apply to the top one, no?
