Wild West FM 2 (2/25) - Town wins!

i said that because that’s where rajidae’s reads differed from mine, and i don’t think i’m budging on my townread of you, so my interpretation is that i could be wrong on scumreading jaiden

@May why do you think rajidae died

yeah i have no idea i asked them and they said “because it’s zorvo” which seems NAI but also what

I don’t believe this! I don’t think it sounds like reasoning that’d make O kazo actually unquestioningly shoot someone they’d not even mentioned once. I think that shit was a bus made by a player caught off guard, sheeping a townie who was generally wrong and expecting a different answer.

You can in theory, but like, wolves don’t live in a magic world where they anticipate everything and act perfectly. Shooting Wazza there is a suboptimal move, but it’s also a realistic one from someone caught off-guard, trying to distance. It’s only got an 18% chance to go through, and if it does, it makes one of them look better, as opposed to refusing to shoot, which could get both players caught.

Guava is playing the majong game, all hope is lost.

i think they did something rash and then had to explain it honestly
“theyre scum and shot their buddy because they expected seth to suggest a different shot” is just not something i could see

the thing is i don’t think scum normally ask someone who to shoot they will just shoot someone in the poe (usually a villager if they can)

ik you’re saying that you think he did it cuz he was expecting zorvo to say me/iaafr and get a free shot off there but still, even with being able to fall back on “zorvo told me” i don’t think scum think to do this very often because they are still worried about the fallout of shooting obvtown

@Kork do you have any reads on anyone

if you are town now is the time to make it clear because i don’t really think you are

if youre caught off guard why would your first reaction as scum to shoot your buddy

Why can’t they do something rash as wolf? I just finished a game where a wolf, completely unplanned, counterclaimed their buddy doctor at EoD and then immediately rescinded the claim. We cleared him for it all game and lost in F3 after like, three or four straight misexecutions. Random shit happens, and I think O kazo’s general attitude has been scummy and just getting a pass because of this single, barely-clearing thing he did.

Nope! Not really! Gonna be 100% with you, I have not been paying that much attention, totally reasonable if you wanna exe me!

why haven’t you been paying attention

the act of quite possibly murdering your scumbuddy off of a rash judgement is usually halted by the fact you know for a fact they’re on your team and talk to them privately
not knowing that does wonders for risk taking

Why wouldn’t it be? Why wouldn’t O kazo go through with the shot from the person he’s been sheeping? It’s an impulse decision that tracks with what he thinks t!him would do, has a low chance of actually causing harm, and distances him from his buddy.

People’ve been accepting at face value that there’s a bus shot in Aro’s shooters, but not even considering that O kazo could’ve done the same against Wazza, and it’s a weird discrepancy. I think there’s likely a wolf in Brad/O kazo/Eliza off that, honestly - I think someone’s bussed at this rate, with how things have been. though Eliza’s using her “clear” a lot more productively than O kazo is.

I’ve been caught up in back reading hell

besides, mid day in response to a request for shot suggestions isnt a circumstance that builds pressure
nor does murder match up to ccing your buddy. ccing your buddy is alot more complex than binary actions like an ITA are

Again, the forum game I played before this one, a wolf killed their buddy by counterclaiming them doctor, which also completely prevented wolves from finding the doctor. This is an 18% ITA shot. It’s nothing in comparison.

ill read this in a minute i need hot choccy
