I doubt bandits would have “forgot” to shoot two days in a row. And even if he did so, I doubt that the other bandits wouldn’t have reminded him to shoot someone.

If they are two low poster bandits, and you want to shoot a mafia for towncred, wouldn’t you choose the one with the lower postcount? (Which had and will have lower impact on the game)
