They were the top two wagons on day 1. So if one dies and flips town the other would generally and naturally be the next execution. If one flips wolf, the other gets killed too since the other one would be cleared. And they both had opposing views about them being town or wolf
Maybe this is hard to understand lmk if you need the lol and achro example
