okay good
Looks like it didnt appear in round 1 or im blind
a bunch of things aren’t appearing in round 1 because numbers
…now that we are talking about PGOs and Werewolves, I am starting to wonder whether I should’ve nominated the 2-Shot PGO SK from Homestuck FM or not.
…
…nah, it won’t triumph over Town Tenacity.
i mean there was also the sk dreaming god that had a pgo which… killed like 4 mafia in 1 night iirc
What the heck were the mafia doing in that game? One for killing. Maybe one for Janitor. Maybe one for Roleblock. How the heck did it get four?
Another one for the lolz I guess
I don’t remember what happened that game other than some vague details and seth accusing me of being cleaning sk doc
Is this what happens when your skill wraps around from 2147483647 to -2147483647?
I’d argue that a role that can cause town to waste a day execution to flip them is bad from a design standpoint, and for town.
If that isn’t a good enough argument for Sleepwalker to advance, it is what it is. Yet that’s what I think about it.
technically the same mechanic that can cause Sleepwalker to waste a dayexe to flip them is true of any visiting non-protective role
like if you’re a Voyeur and you get tracked to the nightkill that’s also pretty bad for you
ur mom
I would like to start a discussion then, because “a role that can cause town to waste an execution” is literally any and all roles in existence. The one to blame during an mis-execution would literally be the players who interpret their feedback potentially incorrectly.
What role is even Sleepwalker’s opponent?
*checks role*
“Town Dirty Inquisitor”. Essentially a Cop that can get a guaranteed redcheck in exchange for sacrificing a random town, except the redcheck can also repeat and/or come from a dead wolf.
…ya, no way in hell will Sleepwalker win over this role. On top of the fact that the average player in this site outright hate alignment cops (with understandable reasons), there is also the fact that this cop requires a random town sacrifice, which is could be potentially detrimental to town’s play; both role-wise and socially. It’s a guaranteed “kill a random town”.
If it was a normal Vigilante, then you can blame the player’s reads for shooting incorrectly, but in this case the player would be actively throwing away a town for a redcheck. If town loses, then the blame always goes towards the player’s decision to throw away their reads and pray whichever town dies was in their POE instead of the towncore.
Also, Geyde could also just… not put cult in :)
Although, the worse option is just putting 1 cult that can’t convert
I read Cult as wolf (AKA any informed minority).
Which faction the Inquisitor finds matters less compared to the cost of its activation.
When no
imo the thing where it’s specifically a check on scum is worse than just the fact that it kills a town to use it
like at least with normal cop you can’t use it to get a free random guaranteed wolf
i view the role as the definition for “blood for the blood gods”
you must spill blood to appease the gods, and they grant you knowledge of who the wolf is
