To clarify my ash read since wolf chat seemed interested in it. I never once read Ash as a villager this game. I was far more interested in seeing their process when I came into the game as what I was seeing felt better than what I was expecting from them, as in I thought the process was nice.
I didnât have context as to whether that was wolfy or villager as I didnât have reads yet, so I instead compared the process to someone else and was interested in why 22 process felt slower and weirder. I could see a bar in ashâs process but not in 22.
Then some time passed and I got caught up and realized Derp/Chomp both felt like town and were both Ashâs major wolf read in their read list. I expected them to be more accurate with their process so it felt like they were just wolf reading villagers and dressing it up in a bow to make it look nice.
Never looked at Zug this game, as I thought they would either end up dying or I would look at this game in the future and go âalright everyone else is a villager letâs kill youâ. Then I died. So sad.

Most of my play this game was standing back and trying to get people to do things, which is why I thought it was funny how creature said I was leading the town day two. In a way, I kinda was, but at the same time not. Leafia has gotten better at mafia since Iâve last played with them and I was trying to point them at people likely to be mafia in order to gauge what they were thinking. If you look at the flips of this game, Leafia actually looks really uninformed about the wolves and yet I said they could be teamed with Ash, mostly because I was uninformed myself and wasnât looking at the pairing through the lens of one flipping wolf and one being uninformed, more so one acting weird around the other. And leafia was acting really uninformed if you look at the som flip when it felt like they were just pressing buttons and not holding to any specific world view cuz they town read som then voted them later.
Dunno, I just kind of feel like the result of the game could have been avoided if people looked at the game more analytically. Yeah, Zug played well, but this wasnât even so much so a mafia game rather than a puzzle it felt like. I feel like if players looked at this game through a puzzle rather than a difficult decision then the end game would have been improved.
Iâm fairly indifferent on the result of the game, but Iâm just really interested in the fact that I feel like there was massive amount of areas of improvement from this game that if people were aware of their play would improve a lot and could be impressive for fol
