I think it’s worth a shot for a majority team of five or six to go to the tower instead of the 3/3/3 split.

If I’m in ‘group 2’ then that’d leave the other 2 to be alone and that’s not great for them 
You can use your stamina the way you seem fit.
The most important is the Moving, which is 1/tile + high difference.
