Its the old man on tower, its last thing that happens while in starting area because its what lets you leave

Ok i cant do the full math but i can go from coastal 4 to 15 top in 1 turn instead of 3 so unless u also have a specific ability to help ascend i will be very sus if you win the race

Atlas if ur fast i am happt to go for shrine at super bottom of map instead and we can meet up after we have our gadgets/boost

Also I think theres more likely to be an item in forest/lake area hidden somewhere, than that super low down bit in top left which Brakkuren circled.
