It’s even more irritating that, I honestly think, each representive knew they couldn’t refund me and were just acting like they could, until I reached a competent person who asked for their manager who then had to go to their refund department to figure out what the issue was, because there’s no way yoy can “start a process” like five times and it not doing anything
