Yeah
All of the things I need to do are also online so
Iāve also routinely found that ācut out the clatter of other thingsā also doesnāt really work
It helps me to not get distracted while Iām doing it but it canāt get me started on anything which is the big struggle so idk
In the past I would divide things into pieces and not worry about the other pieces
which I should do now but itās become increasingly hard to not worry about the other pieces
So I need more tools and idk
