Wait a minute. Cost of time is not an issue to me. Daeron, how was the old system better than the current system? All it does is just lock the votes.
For the record, if I don’t apply the locking votes part of BotF, then The True Majority System and The Clockwork System would have no clashes, and the latter would actually stay as a Standalone Core System.
