there’s a rule that if the washington football team wins their last home game before the election the incumbent’s party wins, and if they lose the incumbent’s party loses, except if the popular vote winner didn’t win the previous election the rule is flipped. and also 2016 was an exception because 2016 is a hell year. did their hail mary against the bears decide the election?

i don’t like politics chats because i already know what its all about. i’m afraid for people i’d consider friends and acquaintances, and the significant discussion of it makes me, and theoretically others, uncomfortable. per the rules i would like that respected, yes.
you can contest the ruling itself, not that i know what that’d do, as I’m assuming this is a silent minority sorta deal, but this is a pretty constant teetering towards the edge whilst you (as a whole) have infact been discussing what you think will happen in the 2024 us election.
i don’t like talking about myself nor what i fear but this is a site rules thing, not a personal preference thing. i don’t want to be an enforcer, i just want myself and others to feel safe.
