Yrah i had to do it because and my friend decided we wanted to have a friendy wrestling match in the grass
The guy came over and went “you have so much energy okay let’s get you tired then”
The gas mask makes is so you dont get that much air into your sistem and the weights make you more exerted so you feel like vomiting and choking really quickly

Cuz some of the guys did boxing earlier and one of them fucked his shoulder up from it and it only fully recovered when it was like 2 weeks left
