the situation isnt quite clear to me but if all players are of equal skill level and two have agreed to do a challenge of randoms i think it would be polite of the third one joins in. im imagining them verbally asking the third one to partake though because thats the sensible thing. otherwise if they did want the third one to partake in the challenge but never directly asked them to and just hoped they did thats kinda silly. and if they got upset over it that is kinda childish
