Uses of personal server:
- Take notes for things in Discord, where I am all the time anyway, instead of having to open a different app
- Test out role colours, channel permissions, and bots
- Save invites to servers that I’ve left so I can easily rejoin
- Host images, back when Discord let you do that
- Use Discord bots that have utility when you’re alone (e.g. when I used the bot to subscribe to Twitter feeds I cared about)
