Anyhow, I would like to start the game with a quick and small mech talk. What is everyone else’s opinion on the setup?
Given the OP, I believe we are dealing with a pure 12v4 or 13v3 setup. Does anyone have any opinions to share about this?

For the record, I skimmed the flavor text, and even though it mentioned multiple factions such as “ITEM” and “SCHOOL”, I don’t think they are anything more than flavor text.

I didn’t honestly consider 3ps in this until someone mentioned it above, and I don’t think the player count is high enough for me to bother putting more thought into it as a possibility. At the very least, I’m going to assume no SK.

i tried skimming the Fandom wiki before game start to get an idea of how things might work because I know literally nothing about the flavor here, and I have a vague idea now. I think flavor might be somewhat indicative, but a lot of things will not actually have any bearing on alignment or roles. I’m not the best person to answer these questions but I’m just giving thoughts.

Yeah but I’ve seen OP’s before that have not stated 3P that included them.
Where as cult is entirely different as I don’t think both mafia and cult would be in play and if cult was in play there was no reason to mention mafia in the OP.

I mean, to be fair, if the informed minority are cults (i.e. if they can convert), then it would probably be written as mafia anyways, but this topic isn’t exactly going anywhere.
