What? No? Literally not at all? If you’re killing someone with like a knife you risk doing lots of damage to them. Two people with the compatible organ dead doesn’t necessarily mean two perfectly intact compatible organs. Meanwhile, if there’s already a donor available and ready and you know for sure they’re going to be able to donate an organ for you, and you’ve been told you’re exactly second in line for it, you’re guaranteed to get it. Also killing a perfectly healthy person is harder than killing somebody who’s going to die soon without a compatible organ anyway
I know about that. I’m specifically doing this framing because I’m thinking about “can you blame somebody for fighting for their own life if it involves killing another person” not “what’s the best decision for an detached uninvolved party to make in the abstract”

Say there’s, like, some natural disaster, a house fire, and a person can save somebody at the cost of their own life, or save themselves and let the other person burn. Would you begrudge somebody for saving themselves over the other person

Yeah I’m not intending to ask about morally best option here, because most people don’t do the morally best thing at all times. I’m intending to ask about, like, “would you actively dislike this person for it”. I don’t begrudge my friends for spending money on gacha games instead of donating it to charity or whatever, even if I think that’s morally not the best option

I believe I have told you before that my new rule is that every time I seriously consider spending mahjong soul money again I instead donate twice that much
Because like it’s gacha it doesn’t even give you anything good ever. It doesn’t improve my life at all. Training myself not to consider spending money on gacha will improve my life. Good use of funds
