I get to “attempt to make a Joker insane” so if that person has a joker role they go insane mode I assume
This honestly sounds like an NK but I don’t think an NK would have a bunch of NPC’s just show up and start killing people.

Turning jokers insane is one of your actives.

So if someone follows a specific criteria, they become a Joker. I won’t out those criteria because it’s not important but that’s a thing that can happen. there are 11 jokers at the start of the game that had to exist as per my ability hence the bots
On top of that I get to decide to make a joker insane, they decide to start killing people completely at random apparently

Oh and it also specifies if any joker gets a gun they can’t use the gun against anyone specific. I assume the only way a joker kills is if they go mad
