i think the fact everyone went “oh no! we’re killing town! lets reeval the poe!” and then decide to continue to keep me as the #1 person in the poe shows that I’m just the chosen miselim today and no one is actually bothering to reeval my slot

like if you actually believed there was an issue with the POE you would be looking at my slot again instead of trying to continue to push for my execution

there is so much defense and pushback on arctic as an exe it’s fairly clear he’s just a wolf, where as if you look at me everyone is just Ok with my death

all of the town chosen elims so far (mainly thinking about sultan and lol here) ar eboth people I was convinced on rather than people who I actually started to scumread in the first place (sultan a bit less so since he was scummy) but I really think with how HESITANT people are to kill arctic it’s pretty clear he’s a wolf. like everyone is just willing to roll over and kill sultan/lol/me but they are REFUSING to kill scummier players like arctic/jinxed/apo

I don’t understand how you feel like there is any defense of me. There is no defense of me. The pushback has been against YOUR slot - people are okay with you dying and yet you aren’t dying

I have literally been the top wagon since sultan died, and 3 of the people who haven’t voted have expressed they want to vote me. This is a blatant misrepresentation of everything that occurred in the thread. Nobody has tried to save me. Nobody has tried to save you, either, because nobody has tried to push you - your slot is the one in the PoE that most people agree is a wolf, but just ignore, because you are mafia. Name one person who has been pushing against my elimination

I’m not sure if you’ve seen my pings, but I would very much like to receive the bomb instead of being killed today. I think YBW is mafia, but even if they aren’t and this is v/v, I would be much more useful as an IC tomorrow than she would - especially since she wants to bomb baker, who is a villager

Like, I’m out of your hair at that point either way. you have a button that guarantees I die. I just think this is strictly optimal.

If I do die today, I would not give YBW the bomb because they are either mafia or I do not trust them to bomb correctly, I would probably give it to jinxed or apocryphal

I can understand why you are wary of me for killing villagers, and having slightly strange tone - however I don’t think these reasons justify a day 2 chop because I… don’t think I’m the sort of wolf where the latter point is relevant, and the first thing is squarely in my town range.

I think this setup is too fast-paced to think of it like “does this justify a day 2 chop.” Like in most games, at EoD2, you’ve had one flip from the day 1 execution, maybe a second if there’s a vig. Here we’ve had three just from town KP and a fourth from “would have been killed by town KP if rain wasn’t a PR.”

But anyway, back to the original point - I think it’s very easy to solve me later in the game when you can backread how I’ve treated the flipped wolves.

see that would be great if I had any confidence in our collective ability to flip a wolf before losing

i am confident on exactly one member of the mafia, who it would seem is being flipped regardless of my alignment just after me, but i do not think the same would be the case for me if YBW flipped wolf

I agree that these posts are bad but I am also very scared of the possibility where I’m like “Arctic is making some good points, let’s flashwagon YBW” and then she’s town and you’re a wolf and it’s just Bland Mountainous all over again
