Like, it’s a matter of telling people what they want to hear. The moment I stopped bothering to build worlds where Litten was evil (at least, for the first time) was the moment he told me Rose had slipped, and the moment I started again was the moment he stopped acting like he had the game solved. But by then I didn’t fucking care enough to actually… work. At all.
