the reason its OPG is because if you are found out without claiming, you still have a sort-of lifeline
i suppose in practice it usually ends up merely delaying your demise

Because removing guess immunity will spiral taking free guess every time as the optimal choice, which will lead to other problems…
These two gifts simply cannot be seperated from each other.
