I still don’t understand side bets. (More like, we forgot.) @Daeron, plz reply to my first post on this thread. (We can’t play lest we might get screwed over by a dealer who stands on 16 in order to win against players with 15 or lower.)

You can place side bets which are irrelevant to your main bet. if none of the applicable win conditions to the particular side bet you’ve placed are fulfilled, you lose the side bet

also the dealer has to hit until they get 17 or over, in which case they must stand

The dealer must stand on 17. This includes soft 17.

I feel like this should be clarified slightly further, as it doesn’t directly imply the dealer is forced to hit on 16 or lower. It just says “if dealer has (exactly) 17, then dealer stands”.

Eight decks will be in play, and will be shuffled after 50% of the 8 decks have been drawn.

Is it all played at once (i.e., do we start with 416 cards at the start of the game) or do we use a new deck every time the old deck is empty?

I understand nothing about bets. Can someone explain more about it? From what I can see, it seems the ratio thingies are way higher on the side bets, so it makes me think those are impossible.

That’s the thing though: I don’t understand the win conditions.
What is Top 3? What is 21+3? What is Player Pair?
For Player Pair in particular, what do the subcategories mean?

Status update: I now understand 21+3 and Player Pair, but not Top 3.
Actually never mind, I don’t understand why “Suited Three of a Kind” is under Player Pair.

it just is
suited three of a kind refers to both of your cards and the dealer’s revealed card
top 3 also refers to that
