Arete’s thing about Lemon’s Case on May is bad to me.
Everything in that case was fine. The only thing that seemed off was the thing I Bolded.
Theoretically I could do the same thing with Arete/Arctic or Arete/Prisma and it’ll probably still be a better wolf case of interaction or whatever that Arete has given me here.
I don’t think Lemon and May are wolves and let’s say I’m somehow wrong and they are, Arctic is still their partner.
But I REALLY do not believe either of the 2 are mafia they both have been Townie.
Molly? I can see that. I could see like Prisma, Molly and Arctic.
Molly has been Townie but not to the extent I think they are confident town.
However there is very likely 2/3 wolves in Arete/Prisma/Arctic if not then 1/3 but whoever the 2 town are really need to bury the wolf there.
the annoying thing about this is that it would be obvious to anyone who actually knows how arete and i play that if seth had a 2/3 or 3/3 with me/arete/prisma there is no way we would have left him alive, regardless of the quality of his arguments - especially with people like lemon and may being on board with sheeping him

I did not townread them that highly to begin with iirc
I moved them down not only because they voted me, but b/c I thought they had not been as solvy as when I played with them before in previous games (later I think I saw molly say it was b/c May was sick so that’s kind of understandable)
the vote on me was icing on top
I was already scumreading them (or at least, not actively townreading them b/c I do the POE thing) the ping was to double check/ask them to explain the vote
if I didn’t care if I was scumreading them correctly or not, I wouldn’t have bothered to ISO them again and townread them later
also, you say this like May is town and I’m treating their slot with wolfy agenda but the entire reason you and Arete started scumreading was because you thought I was w/w with May

this is just a blatant bad-faith characterization of my posts today, though. Lemon’s posts since Arctic and I started suspecting Lemon + May have been a lot worse than May’s and it’s making me say ‘a’ inside
I think it’s possible if you keep telling people that they have bad reads and while killing more respected villagers that townread you
I think me and May are being left around as misexe bait and your push on me makes a lot of sense if you were wolves and very little sense from villagers
if I go over today my legacy is that you all should do voting order meta tomorrow and (this part is very important) MAKE SURE ZORVO VOTES LAST. this is definitely because he’s the towniest and not for any other reason [this is a lie]
(I think that the ‘voting order meta’ vs. ‘snapvote meta’ debate doesn’t unambiguously favor the former but in this case ‘snapvote meta’ is going to roughly translate to ‘hopefully whichever of Arctic and Prisma Zorvo decides to snap is a wolf’ which is not a strategy I am confident in.
(Prisma is a little later than my read on them implies, just, I’m less confident in them voting with >rand accuracy if they’re town, they haven’t really been … paying attention to things)
like, i feel if you think about it for longer than 3 seconds it’s obvious we aren’t both wolves which is why i don’t see your stance as genuine, it feels like more of a back-to-the-wall defensive response
like i feel like a villager would have a higher level of thought than “oh these two people decided to scumread me and another person at the same time so they are mafia making a joint effort to kill me” because this feels extremely level 0 and i don’t think you are a level 0 player

i did not say you were treating may’s slot like w/v or w/w for this specific point - this part of the case was more to do with why i feel like you are a wolf independently

like you are saying it could be possible, but what would make this preferable to just killing him
(there’s also the fact that informing the thread of zorvo’s bad reads does not seem to have much of an effect since people are still willing to sheep him)
