the last time I played with Magnus their meta was “hard slank, if town immediately hardclaim the moment someone pressures him.” I have paid enough attention to know that that is no longer the case but that doesn’t mean I’m familiar with the nuances of their thoughts and the fact that thry apparently just … makes up read explanations they don’t believe in and refuses to admit that this is what they did for like five back-and-forth questions about those explanations?

I kinda feel like most D1 reads are gonna be based on nothing. Heck, in a mountainous game, you’re going to be interpreting open-ended behaviour as scummy in order to case someone. It might sound controversial, but I’m just more open with what I’m doing than most.

Viberead player bad, try to justify it retroactively. Or viberead player getting townread for being active and not really deserving it, wolfcase them to see how they react. It’s not that far removed from what everyone else does at all times, I don’t think. There’s not an objectively correct answer to explain everything a player does.

I wanted to tryhard and face the first nightkill, which apparently might have worked according to mafia chat? But when I had the opportunity to be the first execution, I was fine with it. I wasn’t trying to gamethrow or anything, though.
