You see I sign up for a BOTC game to solve the game (or mess with the solve if I’m evil)

but like, in an atheist game there really isn’t any solve. The atheist will come out, and there’s usually some shenanigans going on that makes it fairly obvious by the end. Most ST’s goals with atheist isn’t to actually win either they’re mostly just messing around. Like sure, you can “lose” an atheist game, but you probably won’t. The whole thing feels like a huge waste of time

Bonus points if the atheist game you’re in has alternate win conditions like slayer or alsaahir who get to do actually nothing to contribute to the game because their abilty to contribute would require an evil team

isnt the point of these roles in an atheist game solving atheist because they rule out the world that by all means should be correct

Personally just feels cheap when I’m one of those roles and I find out that I was never going to successfully use my ability because there was no evil team to find

also alsaahir sucks at clearing worlds it’s so bad

There’s roles like ravenkeeper and sage as well, the ST can choose to kill them ofc but the whole point of these roles is to trick evils into making bad kills and you literally can’t do that

Obscrul is an amne demon. but i liked the “you only know half someone on the other team knows the other half” type of ability.

you can do some creative stuff with it

Like trick the good player thinking its a poisoning ability when in reality it does something else. or vice versa
