The Escape Artist mostly encourages good to miss an execution if they’re unsure, it’s not as risky as it seems.

Escape Artist + Riot is undeniably broken
At least with the first thing you can try to get rid of the psychopath before the escape act is forced

I do however think the Vizier interaction is undeniably awesome

concept I’m pondering: a Leviathan script with a Pacifist and no other ways of surviving execution
you can potentially confirm two players as Good! this is incredibly risky!
(probably needs to not be a Teensy though, if it’s a Teensy then you’re confirming 2/5 or 2/6 which is A Bit Much)

Hey, no. The Pacifist is a Townsfolk. If they’re willing to gamble, the ST should let them.
Just give evils some way to counter it without a DA.
