That’s not how immunity works as you described it.
Kiiruma targeted you directly. As described, you would be immune to any and all effects from this. If you’re immune to the “sober and healthy” aspect of that ability, you would also be immune to the “bad thing” consequence. Otherwise there’s an abject double standard.

With all that said, Kiiruma’s ”bad thing” being misregistration would make it a direct passive effect, so you would be immune to it.
