But the ability had been submitted before the “bad thing” could’ve happened, which you should’ve been immune to anyway.
Immunity doesn’t really work for a list of reasons.

“Can” I, as in could I theoretically perform such a feat? Sure, that doesn’t sound like it’d be tricky. But I’d rather actually “finding” a fourth rather than make one up.
I feel like I’m being pedantic, but I’m not, you are accusing me of being evil yet failing to provide a fourth. And there’s only one reason why a fourth doesn’t really work (wrong)
You would still be immune to it.
