If something game-breaking occurs, you report it privately to the hosts, so that they can deal with it in secret, and so that you preserve game integrity.

You don’t post in-thread “Uh @host the mod thread is open and everyone can see the setup”

Yeah I suppose I’ll write out some constructive criticism, as a person who has almost 0 hosting experience and will soon be hosting a meme game, so my advice is definitely qualified.

  • You need better communication with each other. I could tell that there was definitely some miscommunication time and time again, even barring the nightkill stuff that led to this. Discord or forum PM is very useful
  • You need to double check everything in your OP and think about how everything works. I actually had several thoughts regarding some of the characters and how they worked out in the game, like Moonchild, which did not have an explanation for what would occur if they were executed. In Night’s SnV game, it was specifically specified that Moonchild would be given a time slot if they were executed to pick someone, which was requestable by the players if someone wanted to bluff this character.
  • 3 Travellers was uhh… I mean like I said. This is my own opinion but I think 1 Travellers at max works for 7 player, so letting 3 in was something considering they occupied 1/3 of the game’s votes.
  • OP needs to be clearer. As mentioned before, somehow this game managed to fill without anyone realizing there was Duchess and Storm Catcher, which really should’ve been specified in the OP.
  • maybe don’t copy the OP from Night’s op
