You appear to have been misinformed. Blood on the Clocktower is designed around the premise of non-elimination, and Travellers aren’t exempt from that luxury. If a Traveller decides to leave on their own, they’re removed from play; if exiled, their ability no longer functions and they have one vote for the remainder of the game, but they may continue to play otherwise.

In short: if you were to execute a traveller, they would mechanically be dead, but would not be removed from play.

Yeah I can YBW as evil Deviant, because that explanation from them for not joining the cult doesn’t make sense. Again even if you’re going to leave the game as a traveller, you still have plenty of time to submit the cult vote. Am I wrong?
