Any source of drunkeness or poisoning can disable the ability for as long as that source of drunkeness or poisoning says it lasts. In that time frame the role will be disabled. Aside from that, you’re kinda just supposed to ignore it I think. I haven’t had the privelege of playing against or with an organ grinder in a game yet.

The idea is that if you do find them you know someone who isn’t the demon, though. Or so I’ve heard.

I mean I wouldn’t know I haven’t played against it yet. From personal experience I think these outed evil roles in BOTC are somewhat obnoxious personally. And It doesn’t help that they’ve added more outed evil roles like vizier. But oh well.
