I’m sure there’s no correlation between Baker voting Atlas, and Atlas going from ignoring the Thief to calling them actively harmful and nominating them for exile.

The Thief is a useful Traveller because it allows players to actively vote against nominations, by the way.
If they made it a 0 vote, that would be harmful.
