When mafia tried to kill May, it didn’t work because of her vest. Leafia was like WAIT WHAT NO KILLS? And then later was like oh yeah I was medic, May is lying.

Would you find it more or less forgivable if, immediately following the casino spree, Yoshi entered the Magic Carpet Ride level and fell off the map in an endless descent forever? By entering Luigi’s Casino ahead of time, Yoshi at least had the opportunity to partake in some level of enjoyment with no foreseeable impact on their immediate future before their unfortunate fate, which was really inevitable anyway because it’s functionally an auto scroller. If your priority is with the Casino first and foremost, then I’d argue that reflects worse on you than it does on me.

And it also ended the game in evil victory. No evils even died.
- Story had claimed 1-shot BP beforehand and so it looked like I was bullshitting when Leafia had claimed roleblocker
- 2/3 of the townies who participated in hammering me are banned now so it looks like I outwitted them in the long run

I was pushing 3/4 evils consistently, highlighted all their names in red, considered it my primary world and was pretty confident I had it right. When Leafia shot me I was like ??? because I didn’t know why the hell she’d do that if she looked terrible on my V flip but I realised mechanically she had to be evil becuase there was no other way for kill to be stopped, and I didn’t have time to argue because I was hammered in like 30 minutes
