The big issue there is that as we approach EoD evils can vote onto Marissa to get us to vote off and then can CFD alongside us. So we have to make our minds up in advance and just stick with it.
We can’t let evils use WIFOM on us.
We’ve discussed it for a good while now, Marissa unfortunately is the right execution. Amelia outing so hard as evil was to try and take heat while Marissa’s slot was the most pushed at the time.

As somebody stated earlier (Tutuu I believe) in a world in which the demon and damsel are Amelia and Atlas… all the 2 need to do is keep quiet, let you die and then do the damsel guess last second. But that didn’t happen. Now why would that be? The main reason would be to take heat.
