you have to offer to drop the bomb with another player. if they’re evil, they’ll accept because that means good autoloses (as you’re good and offered to drop the bomb). unless it’s comintern, in which case mad man is basically just not an outsider

so basically it’s just klutz but with less opportunities to trigger and not quite as bad. on the same script as transferable drunk
