Executing the Shugenja is not inherently harmful.
It gives the Cannibal (If in play) useful information which can be used to find evils easier.
Compared to executing the King which if sober then really screws over a potential Cannibal.
And executing me which removes a helpful (and somewhat self confirming) ability.
And the best part is I look sufficiently evil so should be kept alive for a few nights before being killed probably.
