Welcome to the Annual Cat Picture Competition. Each year, people will compete against each other to see which has the best cat pictures.

Rules

1. All cat pictures must be DM’d to @Litten . Anyone posting the cat pictures outside of a DM will be disqualified.
2. I decide which person has the best cat picture based off arbitrary rules.
3. This competition will close at 11:00 PM est.
4. You may submit multiple cats.
5. DISQUALFIED people can play RPS with another to become un-DISQUALFIED (winner becomes un- DISQUALFIED)
6. You give me permission to do whatever I want with these cat pictures
