Killing all other evils before F3 is a suggestion to prevent town from just needlessly guessing between two or more known evil players, it’s not always a hard and fast rule. If there were an obviously evil player and another less suspected evil holding the Demon, the latter being at risk of execution if the former dies or else needing town to reevaluate and reach the truth to figure things out anyhow, it could be entirely viable.
Not to argue such in this case, it’s just an asterisk stipulating your “always*” clause.

The fact of the matter is Icet, Chomps and Hippo aren’t committing to anything.
