banana’s usually tend to give me stomach aches when eating alone so if i ever want potassium i usually get it in a drink
i usually dont eat bananas for that reason which is why I prefer fruit smoothies
im just such a strawberry banana fiend its SO GOOD its also at MCDONALDS so i can get it like ALL THE TIME
