At the end of every night, players are alerted of their current inventory of resources
Here is the list of items that players can build:
4 Minerals → 1-shot doctor
4 Minerals + 2 Gas → 1-shot night vig
4 Gas → 1-shot alignment cop
Each night, a mafia picks a town player. If that player were to receive 4 or more total resources from other town only, on this night only, the selected mafia steals all of those town-provided resources

I count probes as PRs but that’s probably stupid considering they aren’t unique and CC’ing is totally valid.
