realistically i am actually warming up to mornings and phone calls. I lowkey love callin someone on the phone. makes me feel like im doing business and telling my assistant to place an order for 500 shares in Northriverhill Distribution. thats such a vibe ngl.

Yeah I find myself in the centre of all these things, honestly. I neednāt elaborate on the first per forum rules, I find myself liking waking up for 8AMs even though I hate it, Iām generally a text message over proper phonecall person because I multitask but Iām not uncomfortable with calls, I prefer talking to people in person over both, and voice calls have less of a constant engagement etiquette so I like them over text, and despite having typical Cat Personality I grew up with a dog and donāt super prefer one over another, I think itās the novelty of cats since Iāve never had one

realistically i have made just about as many phone calls as texts the past like 3 weeks or so. I am a discord girlie. which you could say is texts but its Different.
And realistically I like the mornings if i didnāt stay up too late the night before. and iāve been good about waking up recently.

Talking IRL > Talking in a Discord VC = Talking over video call > Talking over Discord text > Talking over regular text > Talking over the phone phone
With āDiscordā implying the general etiquette of Discord, mostly āitās okay to not be paying your full attention to this always, you can pause conversation and come back fluidlyā

And even the phone phone is like, fine, Iām just not super used to it cause modern technology means itās rare for me to have to make a phone call.
talking IRL > texting in discord = talking in discord vc > texting normally = phone call normally > video call (I hate zoom and all other video call software. fuck OFF)

you can also delete things in discord DMs. thats huge. I send so many texts I just wanna unsend. or do the āsend something only to immediatley delete itā bit.

I like video call most for like. Meeting discussing Business with people because I use gestures a lot in conversation. One thing about me is I will nod my head

For conversations in contexts where Iām used to Discord VC. Like chatting with friends. Iāve gotten used to being purely verbal. But talking in a Business Context I am soooo gesturey
i have my mom. shes the reason i make phone calls. that and, like, random things where an email wonāt do the trick.
Email probably goes between Discord and SMS Text/Calls. honestly love me a good email
