That is a very good idea

While I do think this essay provides an adequate defense to the disclusion of a dislike button, it makes some core assumptions that I believe are in error. While some of the core principles are generally applicable, I will demonstrate that they do not apply, or do not apply well, in the case of this instance of Discourse.

I don’t believe that the addition of this feature would lead to such a negative environment. While more negativity would definitely become widespread, it would be due to the ease at which someone could show their dislike of a post, who woukd have otherwise said nothing. Additionally, the inclusion of such a button would help ease off and prevent unnecessary conflict by making a negative reply to a post less necessary, preventing an argument at the source.

While this feature may be used for targeted harassment or other nefarious purposes, this would be true of almost any social feature that you add to the platform. I’ll argue that, while this would be another tool in a harasser’s kit, most people here aren’t scornful of each other to the point where this would be an issue. Furthermore, this would also act as a self-regulatory feature that lets the community decide what counts as “good” posting and “bad” posting, with the moderators on the sidelines to make sure that no one breaks any rules.

Any new feature can be confusing to new users. Any new user who hasn’t used tags to make their posts more expressive may find them to be confusing. However, I not only disagree that this feature would be confusing, but that even if it were, it would be very easy and intuitive to pick up. Contrasting this with BBC tags, which can be a mire of complications to newer users, especially since some tags remain unlisted on the text editor’s hotbar.

A new dislike feature would not be a bad idea. I believe that adding such a feature would even be a good idea, and at the very least should be given a trial run. It allows users to more easily express themselves, provides a nice complement to the like feature, would create a more self-regulatory community, and would also serve as an easy device to learn what types of posts are good to create, and what posts are bad to create.

I was told I shouldn’t be seeing in 3d but that seems wrong 3d is literally just three dimensions of course I can see in 3d

then they asked me if I wanted to do eye training to fix tbis and told me I would probably see double for a while and I see no reason to

one of my eyes were too strong when I was young so they had to use a laser to weaken it or else the earth would have been destroyed
