Itās not but my orthodontist SUCKED
I was supposed to have them for a year and had them even less. When they took the braces off they didnāt have a retainer ready so they made me wait a weekend and my teeth had shifted enough by then that it didnāt fit. Somehow they were able to make a new one instantly though? It was bizarre. My specific issues can mess with how your teeth are held in place so
