I would start crying uncontrollably halfway through every driving lesson and every time I would explain no I do not want to stop it’s literally fine it’s just painful. I won’t injure myself it just hurts. And it fucking hurts

our drivers license center is genuinely only open 3 days every two weeks. i pushed my drivers test back a week because it was raining and i didn’t want to push my luck

On the plus side when I failed my first driving test my mom agreed to go halvsies with me on Splatoon 3 as a consolation gift (didn’t want to buy it myself because I didn’t play Splatoon 2 like at all) and look where that went

if it makes you feel better, doing the test at the dmv made me realize that, dmv people figured it out, as long as people showed basic competence in being able to drive down a street, with a license they will be better drivers in no time
The owner guy got really mad at me for adjusting the seat so my arms were “too extended” and I was like it causes me extreme knee pain to have it ant closer. And he was very insistent on me doing it The Proper Way so I did it and I again had tears in my eyes visibly the whole time and also as soon as I tried to get out of the car and stand up I collapsed
