Cookie Thread Act 3: The Cookie Strikes Back

I just kinda see it as a challenge. It’s shocking how much information about us is just…out there.

I once found a friend’s child pictures by tracking down the elementary school they were likely to go to and reading through a chess newsletter the school posted.

Homes are easy to track because if you know under whose name the house is under, you can use a publicly available database and search it up.

An old friend of mine messaged me yesterday and mentioned like yeah I’ve found all my online friends’ locations for fun and haven’t told them or anything. And I was like oh good glad to see I’m normal

not even mine :(

I have not!!! Okay like very very early on I did some cross-referencing to ensure you weren’t lying about living in Scotland but that was it

YOU DID?

not in a bad way im intrigued

You seemed like you were subtly trying to convince me you didn’t and I was like I’ll take the bait and check

I believe the line was “my actual location is nowhere near where I imply it is”. So I checked

oh yeah early 2023 story absolutely would try to convince you of that. i obviously live in utah

I was pretty sure it was just posturing to throw me off and I was right

iirc the bit was “if i was lying about being sisters with eliza how much of it was a lie”. because my location, birthday, etc was tied to thst

i was actually born in april

may don’t you know my location kinda

Yeah I checked. You posted some quote from your school’s website or something so I googled it in quotes

Maybe that counts

i mean i also like. said my location multiple times i think. and i don’t remember what quote you’re talking about. but sure
