The trouble is I don’t know how to buff mafia without making it weird and uncounterplay-y

Each night*, choose one town aligned player. They will misregister the next day.

maybe disable this ability once it succeeds once

everyone in town has the flavor of a polyomial and mafia knows which corresponds to the masons. mafia privately learns the galois groups of each of the jailed people’s polynomials over the rationals (in an arbitrary order)

…you can kill somebody or learn if they’re a mason would be the only thing i can think of

masons have to solve a test full of combinatoric problems before they can out themselves on the final day

the only problem is this makes it so much harder to narrow down possible worlds
maaaaaaybe on the final day, town learns what days had a misregistration
