Cookie Thread Act 4 (Act 5): The Fifth One

it also makes the setup less interesting as a whole

oh I intended it to be only usable on town

the masons being able to out themselves on the final day with no repercussions skews things towards town, but them artificially never being able to out themselves makes things less fun. force them to work for it

oh
thats better
if its on mafia they dont have to actually try

making them do a test also requires them to be active

Then it gives town even more info

fits with the theme. what’s not to love

Wait real number can only be lower mm

i don’t think this solves the fundamental problem of town winning on the final day, it just means they stumble slightly more up to that point

if you want to be very :flushed: and paranoid
we could just make the final day not publicly announced
idk if that feels good as town tho

like I was already kinda worried about having only 2 guesses to win when playing Combinatorics

so the possibility that the masons are already all guessed would make that worse

That would feel Bad IMO

they’ll be confronted with some of the most bullshit win-reversing mech of all time and say things like “yeah we should’ve known it was a mastermind day/heretic game gg”

I think you need to make the earlier jails not perfectly solve as often
